Crush and Dream State will air on CUNY TV as part of the new show “CUNY TV Presents: Chelsea Film Festival”. New York airing dates and channels: April 28th-30th and May 12th-14th at 3:50pm EST for Crush ; and May 5th-7th, as well as May 19th-21st at 3:15pm EST on the following channels: Antenna on Channel 25.3, Spectrum/Optimum on Channel 75, RCN on Channel 77, and Verizon Fits on Channel 30. Shai wrote, co-produced, and starred in a new short film called Dream State. It tells the story of two siblings trying to cope with the recent death of their father. The film was directed by Sean Velasco-Dodge, and shot by cinematographer Nicholas Dilullo. Post Production here we go!

Shai was cast as the Lead in a new music video called Aluminum Overcast for the NYC based band Early Gray. It was directed by the Brazilian filmmaker, a recent NYU Tisch graduate, Guilherme Pedra. Our film Crush, directed by Giacomo Gex and co-written, co-produced and starring Kyvon Edwin and Shai Frumkin was selected to the Strasberg Film Festival and won the awards of Best Director, Best of Fest, Best Actor in a Leading Role and Best Actress in a Leading Role.
